Professional Experience:
Since 2014 collaborator at the Union of Judges in Bulgaria and the Dutch Judicial Union on the project “Building a Beneficial Environment for an Independent Judiciary in Bulgaria”, funded by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands http://www.sadebnopravo.bg/za-proekta.
Mr. Dimitrov started his law practice as a corporate lawyer, working in several of the leading law firms in Bulgaria.
This helped him to see and understand the strategies, goals and priorities set by leading companies and credit institutions in Bulgaria, enabling him to provide better and effective protection to the economically weaker party in civil and commercial turnover – the consumer.
Mr. Dimitrov has acted as a lawyer in high-value cases, such as insurance cases with a material interest of over BGN 50 million, numerous bankruptcy cases with a total material interest of around BGN 2 billion.
Currently, as a lawyer in private practice, he has led projects in connection with mergers and acquisitions of leading Bulgarian companies in the field of food industry and in particular healthy nutrition and protein foods.
Moreover, represented leading companies in the field of electronic cigarettes, leading manufacturers in the field of agriculture and the production of potatoes, representatives of Bulgarian Olympic champions and leading logistics companies.
Mr. Dimitrov has extensive practical experience in legal representation before Bulgarian courts, defending in debt collection, attachment of bank accounts and wages, defending in interest and costs in consumer lending and unfair clauses in consumer contracts.
Also defending illegal labour dismissals, contract law, company law and commercial transactions, banking law and appeals against administrative-criminal rulings.
His experience includes extensive practice in the Bulgarian courts, incl. Sofia District Court, Sofia City Court, Sofia Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Cassation.

Maria Stefanova is a valedictorian of the Class of 2022 of the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
She has won first place in various competitions organized by the university, which allows her to apply an innovative and expert approach to solving various cases.
She has been a part of the team of “Antonii Dimitrov” Law Firm since the autumn of 2022 and since then has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and teamwork ability combined with her excellent theoretical background. Her interests are in the field of commercial law, copyright law, administrative-criminal law and civil procedural law.
Excellent use of English language (Cambridge C2 Proficiency), also uses German language.

Professional Experience:
Mrs. Staneva started her professional career during her studies at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
In 2009 she started working as a legal assistant in a private enforcement agent’s office. This helped her to get acquainted with the real application of the enforcement process and to acquire practical skills in analyzing and working with documents, negotiating, applying various enforcement procedural methods.
In 2012, she started working as a legal advisor in a large insurance company, where her work was mainly related to the representation of the company in court in relation to insurance claims.
From 2015 until the end of 2019, Mrs. Staneva worked as a legal advisor in the banking sector, where she dealt with problem loans to individuals and legal entities. She is also involved in several insolvency proceedings.
As of December 2019, Mrs. Staneva is registered as an attorney at the Sofia Bar Association. Her extensive experience and knowledge in the field of consumer and bank loans and judicial enforcement help her to successfully litigate debt collection, interest and costs in consumer lending and unfair clauses in consumer contracts.
In addition, attorney Staneva practices in the following areas: legal advice and opinions in connection with insurance events, drafting claims, applications and complaints to insurance companies and judicial authorities, representation before insurance companies in connection with insurance events, legal representation in insurance cases, as well as cases relating to compensation for non-pecuniary damages; family and inheritance law.

Professional Experience:
Maria Parvanova graduated in Law from the UNWE with honours in 2021. During her studies and thereafter she worked in the office of a private enforcement agent, and since the autumn of 2024 she has acquired the qualification of assistant private enforcement agent.
She has participated for 2 consecutive years in a joint internship program between the UNWE and the SRC, as well as in the Fulbright program. In the period 2023-2024 she worked as a senior legal advisor in the Judicial Enforcement Department at Sofia Heating EAD. She has been part of the team since June 2024.

Started her career as part of the compliance department of one of the largest Bulgarian companies, specializing in accounting and outsourcing services. Has over a year experience in labour and insurance law. Valeria is part of Antonii Dimitrov’s law firm team since June 2024. Besides labour and insurance law, she has knowledge and practical experience in the field of consumer lending cases.

Daniel Georgiev graduated with honors in Law from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2024.
He participated in the Fulbright internship program at the Sofia District Court and the Sofia City Court (2023-2024), for which he received recognition. He continues to take part in the program for the 2024-2025 period.
Daniel began his professional career at the law firm “Legaltera,” where he has been part of the team since January 2025.
His primary area of legal focus is consumer lending. He also has interests in civil and commercial law.
