Legal career and professional experience:
Antonii Dimitrov’s legal career began in prestigious Bulgarian law firms (since 2015), where he advised leading corporations and financial institutions. His accumulated experience and knowledge prompted him to set up his own law firm, Legaltera, with a clear vision that things can be done better and with a focus on results.
Since 2014, he has been participating in a judicial reform project funded by the Netherlands and led by the Union of Judges in Bulgaria.
Since 2023, he has also been a lecturer in contract law (contract law, tort law, and unjust enrichment) at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where he trains future legal professionals.

Mrs. Staneva started her professional career during her studies at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
In 2009 she started working as a legal assistant in a private enforcement agent’s office. This helped her to get acquainted with the real application of the enforcement process and to acquire practical skills in analyzing and working with documents, negotiating, applying various enforcement procedural methods.
In 2012, she started working as a legal advisor in a large insurance company, where her work was mainly related to the representation of the company in court in relation to insurance claims.
From 2015 until the end of 2019, Mrs. Staneva worked as a legal advisor in the banking sector, where she dealt with problem loans to individuals and legal entities. She is also involved in several insolvency proceedings.
As of December 2019, Mrs. Staneva is registered as an attorney at the Sofia Bar Association. Her extensive experience and knowledge in the field of consumer and bank loans and judicial enforcement help her to successfully litigate debt collection, interest and costs in consumer lending and unfair clauses in consumer contracts.
In addition, attorney Staneva practices in the following areas: legal advice and opinions in connection with insurance events, drafting claims, applications and complaints to insurance companies and judicial authorities, representation before insurance companies in connection with insurance events, legal representation in insurance cases, as well as cases relating to compensation for non-pecuniary damages; family and inheritance law.

Maria Parvanova graduated in Law from the UNWE with honours in 2021. During her studies and thereafter she worked in the office of a private enforcement agent, and since the autumn of 2024 she has acquired the qualification of assistant private enforcement agent.
She has participated for 2 consecutive years in a joint internship program between the UNWE and the SRC, as well as in the Fulbright program. In the period 2023-2024 she worked as a senior legal advisor in the Judicial Enforcement Department at Sofia Heating EAD. She has been part of the team since June 2024.

Started her career as part of the compliance department of one of the largest Bulgarian companies, specializing in accounting and outsourcing services. Has over a year experience in labour and insurance law.
Valeria is part of Antonii Dimitrov’s law firm team since June 2024. Besides labour and insurance law, she has knowledge and practical experience in the field of consumer lending cases.

Daniel Georgiev graduated with honors in Law from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2024.
He participated in the Fulbright internship program at the Sofia District Court and the Sofia City Court (2023-2024), for which he received recognition. He continues to take part in the program for the 2024-2025 period.
Daniel began his professional career at the law firm “Legaltera,” where he has been part of the team since January 2025.
His primary area of legal focus is consumer lending. He also has interests in civil and commercial law.

She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” with excellent results in her semester examinations. During her studies, she gained practical experience in drafting powers of attorney, statements of claim, and standard legal documents, conducting research in public registers and institutions, as well as preparing documents related to personal data protection (GDPR).
She actively participated in civil law case-solving competitions and simulated court proceedings (Moot Court Competitions), including before the European Court of Human Rights, and has won prize places at national and inter-university level.
During the academic year 2023–2024, she held the position of Vice President for Seminars and Conferences in a local group of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA Bulgaria). She is the author of a published article in the online legal journal Studia Iuris on the topic “Aggressive Commercial Practices”.
In 2023, she was awarded for outstanding academic achievement by the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”, the President of the Plovdiv District Court, and the Plovdiv Bar Association. In 2024, she received the “Student of the Year” award in the field of Legal Sciences from the National Representation of Student Councils in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Her professional interests are mainly focused on litigation, banking law, corporate and business law, as well as real estate and construction law.

Victoria Angelova completed her law studies with distinction at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2025. She began her professional career at Legaltera Law Firm. Her legal interests are focused on Obligations Law and Commercial Law. She has been part of the Legaltera team since early 2026, where she works in the field of banking and consumer lending.
Professional Experience:
Vesislava Stoyanova is a technical assistant at the law firm Legaltera, holding the position of Legal Assistant. She has completed her coursework in the field of International Relations at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.”
She has professional experience in client service, as well as in administrative and technical activities, including the creation and publication of content on social media platforms and the distribution of email surveys.
In her role at the firm, she is responsible for client communication via telephone and Viber, working with the Unified Portal for Electronic Justice (UPEJ), and maintaining professional contacts through LinkedIn and other social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
